Requirements
- Proven experience in document management systems (electronic and paper-based)
- Knowledge of National Archive Act, PAIA, and Public Service regulations
- Familiarity with financial management frameworks (PFMA, Treasury Regulations)
- Proficiency in electronic document management software
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise registry counter services and correspondence handling
- Manage filing systems and document archiving/disposal processes
- Oversee operation of registry office equipment
- Lead records management strategy implementation
