• Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8/9 preferred)
• Completed Nyukela Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme
• Expertise in public sector employment frameworks and labor relations

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Human Capital Management

• Develop and implement People Strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead talent acquisition and retention programs
• Oversee performance management systems

Workplace Development

• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Manage organizational design and change processes
• Facilitate leadership development programs

Operational Excellence

• Supervise job evaluation systems
• Maintain labor relations and departmental bargaining processes
• Implement workforce development strategies
