Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8/9 preferred)
- Completed Nyukela Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme
- Expertise in public sector employment frameworks and labor relations
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Human Capital Management
- Develop and implement People Strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead talent acquisition and retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems
Workplace Development
- Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Manage organizational design and change processes
- Facilitate leadership development programs
Operational Excellence
- Supervise job evaluation systems
- Maintain labor relations and departmental bargaining processes
- Implement workforce development strategies
Leadership Expectations:
- Foster high-performance organizational culture
- Manage team development and capacity building
- Ensure compliance with public service regulations
