  • Completed Nyukela Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme
  • Expertise in public sector employment frameworks and labor relations

  • Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives

  • Supervise job evaluation systems
  • Maintain labor relations and departmental bargaining processes
  • Implement workforce development strategies
