Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, HR, or related field
- Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher)
- 3+ years organizational development experience
Preferred Skills:
- Change management certification
- Culture transformation experience
- Public sector exposure
