Position Details

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Science/Engineering or related field
Experience Required: 5+ years at Senior Management level in Water Sector
Location: Gauteng Province
Key Areas: Administration, Project Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership certification or Executive Development Program completion
- Professional membership in relevant industry body
- Training in stakeholder engagement and water resources management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and operational management for Limpopo-Olifants Catchment Management Agency
- Oversee corporate governance, financial management, and regulatory compliance
- Manage intergovernmental relations and stakeholder partnerships
- Direct human resources and organizational development initiatives
- Supervise major infrastructure projects and resource allocation
Required Competencies
- Expertise in National Water Management legislation
- Proven leadership in large-scale public sector operations
- Advanced financial management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
