Position Requirements
- ✅ Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Civil/Structural Engineering or SAQA-recognized equivalent
- ✅ Active registration with ECSA as Professional Engineer
- ✅ 6+ years post-qualification engineering experience
- ✅ Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- ▸ Review and approve engineering designs and technical specifications
- ▸ Oversee infrastructure maintenance programs and resource allocation
- ▸ Develop risk management strategies and compliance protocols
- ▸ Manage project budgets and capital expenditure
- ▸ Lead team performance management and professional development
- ▸ Ensure OHS Act compliance across health facilities
