Essential Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in strategic and policy management
  • Expertise in infrastructure financing and urban development
  • Strong understanding of intergovernmental fiscal systems
  • Experience managing complex policy implementation

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budget Management
  • Coordinate national and provincial budget processes
  • Develop modern budget reform strategies
  • Analyze departmental financial proposals
Strategic Fiscal Oversight
  • Monitor implementation of Public Finance Management Act
  • Guide development of financial reporting systems
  • Supervise public entity operations
Policy Development
  • Lead sectoral policy analysis and cost evaluations
  • Advise on sustainable infrastructure financing models
  • Design service delivery improvement frameworks
