Essential Requirements:
- Proven leadership in strategic and policy management
- Expertise in infrastructure financing and urban development
- Strong understanding of intergovernmental fiscal systems
- Experience managing complex policy implementation
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budget Management
- Coordinate national and provincial budget processes
- Develop modern budget reform strategies
- Analyze departmental financial proposals
Strategic Fiscal Oversight
- Monitor implementation of Public Finance Management Act
- Guide development of financial reporting systems
- Supervise public entity operations
Policy Development
- Lead sectoral policy analysis and cost evaluations
- Advise on sustainable infrastructure financing models
- Design service delivery improvement frameworks
