Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in HR Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
- Nyukela Certificate for Senior Management Service entry
- Proven experience in HR strategy development and policy implementation
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and labor relations
- NQF Level 8 qualification preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of provincial HR strategies aligned with service delivery goals
- Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and skills development programs
- Manage senior-level recruitment and executive appointments
- Coordinate organizational design and job evaluation processes
- Supervise employee wellness initiatives and labor relations
- Direct team leadership and resource management for the Chief Directorate
