  • Certification: Nyukela Certificate for Senior Management Service (SMS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy implementation and corporate support services
  • Serve as chief negotiator for 13 provincial government departments
  • Oversee HR operations, IT infrastructure, and security/risk management
  • Drive organizational development and labor relations programs
  • Manage employee wellness initiatives and workplace safety compliance
  • Coordinate policy development for HR, IT, and security services
  • Represent the organization in government forums
  • Monitor budget execution for the Chief Directorate

Candidate Profile

  • Proven leader with senior-level management experience
  • Expertise in public sector labor relations and organizational development
  • Strong strategic planning and policy formulation skills
  • Knowledge of government compliance standards and reporting
