- Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 8 (advantageous)
- Experience: 5+ years in senior management within corporate services
- Certification: Nyukela Certificate for Senior Management Service (SMS)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy implementation and corporate support services
- Serve as chief negotiator for 13 provincial government departments
- Oversee HR operations, IT infrastructure, and security/risk management
- Drive organizational development and labor relations programs
- Manage employee wellness initiatives and workplace safety compliance
- Coordinate policy development for HR, IT, and security services
- Represent the organization in government forums
- Monitor budget execution for the Chief Directorate
Candidate Profile
- Proven leader with senior-level management experience
- Expertise in public sector labor relations and organizational development
- Strong strategic planning and policy formulation skills
- Knowledge of government compliance standards and reporting
