Position Requirements:

  • NQF Level 7 qualification in Law (LLB, BA Law) or Accounting/Financial Management (BCom Accounting)
  • Certificate in Senior Management from National School of Government
  • Minimum 5 years senior management experience
  • 7+ years in forensic investigations/commercial crime prevention
  • Advanced degree (NQF 8) and CFE certification advantageous

Key Competencies:

  • Advanced investigative and analytical skills
  • Excellent report writing and communication abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Knowledge of public sector governance frameworks

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead provincial anti-corruption strategy implementation
  • Manage forensic investigations across government departments
  • Develop fraud prevention policies and reporting mechanisms
  • Oversee forensic investigation teams and external contractors
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies on major cases
  • Monitor compliance with national anti-corruption standards
  • Manage departmental budget and resources
