Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)
• Experience Required: 7+ years in forensic investigations/law enforcement
• Location: Gauteng Province
• Department: Financial Oversight & Legal Compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (BA Law, BCom Law, LLB) OR Accounting/Financial Management
• Senior Management Service (SMS) certification (Nyukela Certificate)
• 5+ years senior management experience in forensic investigations
• Preferred: NQF Level 8 qualification, Certified Fraud Examiner certification

Core Responsibilities

• Lead provincial fraud prevention strategies and forensic investigations
• Develop anti-corruption policies for government departments
• Manage forensic investigation teams and external consultants
• Oversee provincial fraud hotline operations and case management
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies on major cases
• Present detailed reports to executive leadership and audit committees
