Key Responsibilities
- Oversee provincial asset management planning and validation processes
- Lead infrastructure lifecycle cost analysis and maintenance strategy development
- Coordinate interdepartmental technical planning and service delivery agreements
- Manage infrastructure project implementation and quality assurance
- Supervise provincial asset register maintenance and reporting
- Direct compliance with building regulations and heritage requirements
- Monitor budget execution and grant fund utilization
