  • 🔧 Professional Requirement: Engineering/Built Environment professional registration (SA)
  • 🚗 License: Valid driver’s license required

Core Responsibilities

  • 🗝️ Lead maintenance operations for provincial health facilities
  • 📊 Develop and manage maintenance budgets & service agreements
  • 🛠️ Oversee district maintenance hubs and technical teams
  • 🤝 Coordinate with multiple government departments
  • 📈 Implement asset management systems
  • 👥 Manage team performance and skills development
  • ⚖️ Ensure PFMA and Treasury Regulation compliance

  • Proven infrastructure maintenance leadership experience
  • Strong financial management capabilities
