- 🔧 Professional Requirement: Engineering/Built Environment professional registration (SA)
- 🚗 License: Valid driver’s license required
Core Responsibilities
- 🗝️ Lead maintenance operations for provincial health facilities
- 📊 Develop and manage maintenance budgets & service agreements
- 🛠️ Oversee district maintenance hubs and technical teams
- 🤝 Coordinate with multiple government departments
- 📈 Implement asset management systems
- 👥 Manage team performance and skills development
- ⚖️ Ensure PFMA and Treasury Regulation compliance
Essential Competencies
- Proven infrastructure maintenance leadership experience
- Strong financial management capabilities
- Expertise in strategic planning implementation
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of public sector operations
