Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) with 5+ years senior management experience in education/curriculum management
- Pre-entry SMS certification from DPSA (must submit prior to appointment)
- Proven track record in education leadership and policy implementation
- Experience in Learner Teacher Support Materials/Library Services preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead institutional transformation and school revitalization programs
- Oversee education quality standards and resource management
- Manage school mapping services and rural education initiatives
- Develop performance management systems for staff
- Coordinate budget planning and financial oversight
- Implement risk management and governance protocols
Additional Requirements
- Must complete managerial competency assessments
- Requires annual financial disclosure and security clearance
- Expected to sign performance agreements
