Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop comprehensive facility management strategies
• Implement maintenance programs for government properties
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams

Operations Management

• Oversee maintenance planning for 1000+ facilities
• Manage lease agreements and tenant relations
• Optimize space utilization across provincial assets

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits
• Implement energy efficiency initiatives

Team Leadership

• Manage 50+ staff across multiple districts
• Develop workforce training programs
• Oversee R50M+ annual operational budget
