- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams
Operations Management
- Oversee maintenance planning for 1000+ facilities
- Manage lease agreements and tenant relations
- Optimize space utilization across provincial assets
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits
- Implement energy efficiency initiatives
Team Leadership
- Manage 50+ staff across multiple districts
- Develop workforce training programs
- Oversee R50M+ annual operational budget
