Job Opportunity: Chief Construction Project Manager (Waterberg Region)

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma/NQF 6 qualification in Built Environment field (SAQA-recognized)
  • SACPCMP registration as Professional Construction Project Manager (mandatory)
  • 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
  • Valid driver’s license (accommodations available for PWD applicants)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee housing development projects from planning to completion
  • Manage project designs, budgets, and quality control systems
  • Lead technical teams and contractor management
  • Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards
  • Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
