Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/NQF 6 qualification in Built Environment field (SAQA-recognized)
- SACPCMP registration as Professional Construction Project Manager (mandatory)
- 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee housing development projects from planning to completion
- Manage project designs, budgets, and quality control systems
- Lead technical teams and contractor management
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards
- Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation
