Core Purpose:
Oversee financial management of housing construction projects, including cost analysis, supplier management, and budget monitoring to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track project expenditures and financial progress
- Review supplier contracts and purchase orders
- Maintain compliance with MFMA regulations
- Prepare financial reports and cost analyses
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of municipal financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clean criminal record
