Position Details:

Core Purpose:

Oversee financial management of housing construction projects, including cost analysis, supplier management, and budget monitoring to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project expenditures and financial progress
  • Review supplier contracts and purchase orders
  • Maintain compliance with MFMA regulations
  • Prepare financial reports and cost analyses

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong understanding of municipal financial systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clean criminal record
