Position Overview:
Full-time role requiring 5-6 years experience in administration/real estate
Location: Eastern Cape
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Key Competencies:
- Bilingual proficiency (English + one official local language)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven interpersonal and report-writing abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage property administration processes including zoning, leasing, and acquisitions
- Coordinate land use compliance with municipal regulations
- Resolve property-related disputes and inquiries
- Prepare status reports and documentation
