Position Overview:
Full-time role requiring 5-6 years experience in administration/real estate
Location: Eastern Cape

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Valid Code B driver’s license
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Key Competencies:

  • Bilingual proficiency (English + one official local language)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven interpersonal and report-writing abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage property administration processes including zoning, leasing, and acquisitions
  • Coordinate land use compliance with municipal regulations
  • Resolve property-related disputes and inquiries
  • Prepare status reports and documentation
