Key Responsibilities
- Execute debt collection and credit control policies effectively
- Manage daily operational processes in compliance with service standards and Batho Pele principles
- Implement governance frameworks and mitigate operational risks
- Ensure financial compliance with MFMA, MSA, and municipal regulations
- Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
