Requirements
- BSc Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Professional registration with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
- 6+ years post-qualification engineering experience
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate government facilities against industry standards
- Conduct technical reviews of construction projects and specifications
- Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Develop investment strategies for government property portfolio
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and reports
- Implement policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial and socio-economic impacts of property decisions
