Essential Qualifications:
- B Tech in Engineering (NQF Level 7 with 360 credits)
- ECSA registration (Engineering Council of South Africa)
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in technical operations/maintenance/engineering
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Leadership: Team leadership, coaching, and knowledge transfer
- Technical: Audit processes, risk analysis, root cause investigation
- Personal Qualities: Integrity, professionalism, ethical conduct
- Communication: Clear reporting, presentation skills, conflict management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical audits following industry standards
- Document findings and recommend improvements
- Provide expert advisory services
- Monitor audit follow-up actions
- Contribute to audit planning processes
