Experience Required: 3 Years Administrative Experience

Position Requirements:

  • Matriculation Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years’ experience in administrative support roles
  • Knowledge of Public Service regulations and financial legislation
  • Understanding of Public Finance Management Act & Treasury Regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clerical operations and administrative workflows
  • Manage supply chain documentation and procurement processes
  • Supervise personnel administration tasks
  • Coordinate financial administration activities
  • Lead and mentor administrative support staff
