Position Requirements:
- Matriculation Certificate or equivalent qualification
- 3 years’ experience in administrative support roles
- Knowledge of Public Service regulations and financial legislation
- Understanding of Public Finance Management Act & Treasury Regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee clerical operations and administrative workflows
- Manage supply chain documentation and procurement processes
- Supervise personnel administration tasks
- Coordinate financial administration activities
- Lead and mentor administrative support staff
