About the Role
We’re seeking an organized professional to manage office equipment administration and provide clerical support for our Agricultural department. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing VOIP/landline systems and office devices
- Overseeing cellular phone administration
- Providing supply chain support services
- Supervising financial and personnel administration
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Valid Code B driver’s license (exceptions for qualified applicants with disabilities)
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred Skills
- Staff supervision experience
- Budget monitoring capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
