About the Role

We’re seeking an organized professional to manage office equipment administration and provide clerical support for our Agricultural department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing VOIP/landline systems and office devices
  • Overseeing cellular phone administration
  • Providing supply chain support services
  • Supervising financial and personnel administration

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Valid Code B driver’s license (exceptions for qualified applicants with disabilities)
  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Staff supervision experience
  • Budget monitoring capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
