Position Overview
BP seeks a proactive Global Supply Chain Learner to support manufacturing operations through accurate data management and process coordination. This role focuses on quality assurance, product change management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and report on supplier/customer quality performance
- Manage regional supplier complaint registries
- Coordinate Inter-Laboratory Correlation Programme (ILCP) testing
- Track manufacturing Quality Observation Conversations
Product Management:
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Manage F2103 product change documentation
- Handle customer sample distribution and root cause analysis tracking
Compliance:
- Monitor 3rd-party manufacturer audits
- Ensure timely resolution of audit findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in manufacturing
