Your Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist chefs with food preparation and plating
- • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
- • Manage stock rotation and inventory checks
- • Ensure proper food storage and waste management
- • Support kitchen operations during service periods
- • Monitor equipment condition and report issues
