Core Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service
- Assist chefs with meal preparation and plating
- Maintain portion control according to established guidelines
- Ensure timely meal preparation and attractive presentation
Kitchen Operations
- Conduct daily kitchen stock checks and inventory management
- Implement proper food storage and rotation systems
- Manage leftover preservation and labeling
Safety & Maintenance
- Maintain hygienic food handling practices
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Perform daily cleaning of appliances and work areas
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in food service environment preferred
- Understanding of kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
