Job Summary

An entry‑level position in quality control or inventory management. The Checker I will inspect, record, and verify the accuracy, quality, and condition of goods or containers during assembling, packing, unpacking, weighing, stacking, loading, unloading, marking, or addressing. The role involves manual and electronic data entry of product details.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4
• Experience: Up to 2 years in a similar role

Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock control and dispatch management
• Record keeping and administration
• System administration tasks
• Follow all reasonable instructions from the supervisor
• Pre‑loading inspection of vehicles for cleanliness and slide closure
• Loading and sealing of loads
• Weighing vehicle axles to ensure legal compliance
• Daily cleaning of weighbridge and loading area
• General housekeeping of the loading facility
• Completion of bin stock documentation
