Key Requirements
- RVQ 13/14 qualification with management/governance components
- SACE registration as professional educator
- 9+ years experience in education field
- Valid driver’s license
- Deep understanding of curriculum development and performance management
- Knowledge of ICT applications in education
- Proven leadership in diversity management
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement STEM education strategies for focus schools
- Create educator support programs and performance standards
- Monitor curriculum implementation in Mathematics and Sciences
- Promote student enrollment in STEM subjects
- Enhance teaching quality through mentoring and assessment
