Position Details

  • Experience: 9+ years in education
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with management/governance training
  • Registration: Valid SACE certification required

Key Requirements

  • RVQ 13/14 qualification with management component
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Expertise in school governance and performance management
  • Knowledge of education policies and ICT in classroom learning
  • Experience in curriculum transformation research

Core Responsibilities

  • School Support: Oversee institutional development across district schools
  • Resource Management: Coordinate HR, finances, and learning materials
  • Program Leadership: Manage scholar transport, nutrition programs, and rural school development
  • Policy Implementation: Translate national/provincial policies into operational strategies
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead school governance training and community partnerships
