Cellar Assistant – Western Cape (57442)

Purpose
This role supports the winemaking team with daily tasks. These include tank transfers, additions, racking, keeping the cellar clean, and handling administrative work.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a cellar
- Experience operating multiple machines is a plus
- Valid Forklift License is a plus
- SKOP qualification is a plus

Job Summary
- Handle grapes
- Make accurate additions following instructions
- Transfer wine
- Fill and empty barrels
- Blend according to instructions

- Maintain housekeeping, 5S standards, and cellar hygiene
- Work overtime, night shifts, or weekends when needed
