Key Responsibilities:
- Manage wine receiving/dispatch operations
- Conduct sampling and quality adjustments
- Perform blending processes
- Execute stock inventory control
- Maintain clean workspaces (housekeeping)
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Candidate Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 1-3 years’ cellar experience
- Physical ability to work at heights/in confined spaces
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Flexibility for shift work and overtime
- Reliable transportation
- Strong team collaboration skills
