Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product assistance
- Manage stock control including monitoring expiration dates and inventory levels
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain store displays and implement promotional layouts
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent losses
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed
Requirements
Essential:
- Matric/Grade 12 certification
- 6-12 months retail experience
- Proficiency in English
Advantageous:
Retail Business Management certification
