Position Summary

Seeking a dynamic Casual Front Shop Assistant to maintain merchandising standards and ensure optimal product presentation at our Baby City Northgate store.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising standards and planogram layouts
• Manage stock rotation using FIFO system
• Maintain shelf availability of complete product range
• Conduct daily inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling
• Process stock deliveries and maintain organized storage
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certification
• Basic retail experience (0-6 months)
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective English communication

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience
• FMCG product knowledge
• Additional local language skills

Employment Conditions

• Must have reliable transportation
• Valid work authorization for South Africa
• Clear criminal and credit record
