Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate processing of IRO products sold at the cash register
• Management of in-person transactions
• Meticulous checking and verification of scanned product lists and invoices
• Overseeing the maintenance of document filing and control

Additional Duties

• Accurate cash handling, including daily cash-ups and balancing ⟶ Adherence to the Smart-Box system protocol
• Frequent cash drops to reduce stock losses
• Active participation in interim counts and stock takes
• Product promotion
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Completing pertinent paperwork and adhering to processes
• Keeping the workspace tidy and adhering to safety regulations
• Carrying out ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor ⟶

Required Qualifications

A minimum qualification of Grade 12 is required.

Professional Experience and Personal Attributes

1. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, with substantial knowledge in SAP
2. Accounting know-how
3. Prior Banking/cash register experience
4. Availability to work extratime, public holidays, and Saturdays
