Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling Operations

• Receive/process cash deposits using digital tracking systems
• Verify container integrity and report anomalies
• Prepare workstations for efficient currency processing

Currency Management

• Sort notes through automated detection systems (FDP/ACDP)
• Validate rejected currency notes manually
• Reconcile daily cash movements and balances

Transaction Processing

• Process payroll allocations and coin transfers
• Verify integrated banking system transactions
• Prepare sealed currency floats for client distribution

Quality Control

• Maintain equipment functionality reporting
• Follow all security protocols for cash handling
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate with Maths Literacy
• Basic numerical proficiency
• Ability to work in secure, high-volume environment
• Attention to detail for currency verification
• No criminal record (security clearance required)
