Core Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve backlogged case dockets older than 2 years
  • Manage case workflows through multi-disciplinary investigation methods
  • Prepare comprehensive case dockets and court documentation
  • Maintain accurate records on CAS system and produce investigation plans
  • Submit regular progress reports and optimize resource allocation
  • Testify in court proceedings and handle related legal processes
