About the Role

Support Western Cape Government staff by handling HR enquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person). Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures while maintaining service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3-year National Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • 1 year HR or Contact Centre experience
  • Knowledge of Public Service regulations (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B) preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve HR queries regarding leave, pensions, recruitment, etc.
  • Accurate record-keeping in enquiry management systems
  • Assist with documentation processing
  • Support mobile contact center outreach initiatives
  • Analyze query trends for reporting purposes

Remuneration

R325,101 – R382,959 per annum
