Position Overview:
12-month learnership combining classroom training and practical experience in customer service operations. Successful candidates will earn an NQF Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.

Location: Randburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone/email with first-call resolution
- Maintain service level standards in fast-paced environment
- Update client records with 100% accuracy
- Support technical troubleshooting for vehicle units
- Process administrative documents and reports
- Participate in weekly training sessions
Candidate Requirements:
- South African ID holder (18-35 years)
- Matric certificate with English proficiency
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to handle work pressure professionally
- No prior criminal record
