Position Overview:

12-month learnership combining classroom training and practical experience in customer service operations. Successful candidates will earn an NQF Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone/email with first-call resolution
  • Maintain service level standards in fast-paced environment
  • Update client records with 100% accuracy
  • Support technical troubleshooting for vehicle units
  • Process administrative documents and reports
  • Participate in weekly training sessions

Candidate Requirements:

  • South African ID holder (18-35 years)
  • Matric certificate with English proficiency
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to handle work pressure professionally
  • No prior criminal record
