About the Learnership

Stefanutti Stocks Inland is offering a Cadet Foreman Learnership Programme for recently qualified Grade 12 learners who want to start a career in Civil Engineering. The programme is designed to combine classroom theory with hands‑on site experience.

What the Learnership Covers

• Immersive Theory‑First Training: Intensive classroom sessions followed by on‑site practical work. Learners must complete Monthly Site Workbooks (SWB) documenting tasks under mentor supervision, submitted by the end of each month.
• Phased Monthly Training: Alternating between classroom theory and month‑long on‑site practicals. Unit standard assessments are given at the start of each new session, and completed Site Workbooks must be handed in before training resumes.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) – Mathematics and/or Technical subjects are an advantage.
• Pass a medical fitness examination.
• Complete a Learning Ability Battery to determine educational level.
• Fluent in English.
