Provide administrative support to buying teams to achieve company sales targets and operational efficiency.
Core Requirements
- Proven retail/buying environment experience
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of PLM systems (Airtable knowledge advantageous)
- Retail cycle and procurement process familiarity
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Retail/Fashion Design/Merchandising
- Strong numerical and reporting skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement documentation and order tracking
- Maintain product databases and sample inventories
- Facilitate internal/external communications
- Ensure system updates and deadline adherence
