Key Responsibilities
- Execute accurate cost and price loading across distribution systems
- Resolve supplier and store queries within service level agreements
- Maintain product databases including new listings and discontinuations
- Collaborate with planning teams on stock orders and delivery timelines
- Generate operational reports for buyer review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and inventory management
- Maintain organized documentation for auditing and reference
Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification (essential)
- 1+ years experience in retail buying support or related field
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
