Position Details

Role Purpose
Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations and help achieve team objectives in product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product range delivery timelines
- Manage Critical Path through RMS/PLM systems
- Handle purchase orders and supplier contracts
- Coordinate product samples and review materials
- Maintain accurate product data in RMS
- Facilitate communication between stores and suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Retail Management or related field
- Retail administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Familiarity with fashion retail processes (advantageous)
