Position Details

Role Purpose

Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations and help achieve team objectives in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product range delivery timelines
  • Manage Critical Path through RMS/PLM systems
  • Handle purchase orders and supplier contracts
  • Coordinate product samples and review materials
  • Maintain accurate product data in RMS
  • Facilitate communication between stores and suppliers

Requirements

  • Degree in Design, Retail Management or related field
  • Retail administration experience preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with fashion retail processes (advantageous)
