Position Details
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Matric, National Certificate (Accounting preferred)
Experience: 2+ years in administrative roles
Location: Western Cape
Department: Procurement & Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier communications and daily reconciliation processes
- Coordinate product ordering and maintain supply chain documentation
- Prepare sales reports and maintain promotional tracking systems
- Handle price/pack data transmission and static data management
- Support new product launches and marketing collateral preparation
- Manage departmental expenses and meeting logistics
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with Oracle, COGNOS, or similar systems (advantageous)
- Understanding of retail accounting and inventory principles
- Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
Key Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication across multiple departments
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
