Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert product guidance and demonstrate proper usage to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain friendly customer interactions and promote special offers
- Process transactions accurately including handling cash and card payments
- Manage inventory: receive deliveries, organize stock, and conduct stocktakes
- Ensure consistent product availability through timely restocking
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas including storage spaces
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Completed Matric certification
- Experience in butchery operations or retail assistance roles preferred
- Residing within 25km of Jeffreys Bay
- Clean criminal record
