Position Purpose

The Business Process Specialist will manage and execute tasks within the Business Process Management Life Cycle. This includes process design, modeling, deployment, implementation, monitoring, and improvement. The role requires collaboration with process owners, subject matter experts, ICT specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational BPM standards and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in process modeling, analysis, and design to meet BPM life cycle requirements
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to understand process needs
• Document processes, including step-by-step procedures and guidelines
• Perform process modeling using BPMN swimlane format in tools like Aris and MS Visio
• Compile process attributes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide inputs for Business Requirements Specifications and master data documentation
• Assist in developing process-based training materials
• Monitor process efficiency, conduct adherence assessments, and propose improvements
• Analyze process parameters for simulation and optimization

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant degree or National Higher Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years in continuous improvement and process design
• Experience in process facilitation and requirements gathering (3+ years)
• Certifications in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, SCOR, or AGILE are advantageous
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 8)
• Willingness to travel as required
