Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Owner Driver. This is an exciting opportunity for business-minded individuals with a passion for driving to partner with us as independent contractors. The successful candidates will operate from our Polokwane site.
Key Responsibilties
- Deliver products to customers according to the contractual agreement and set standards
- Operate and manage a truck efficiently
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain a strong safety record
- Protect crew and assets during operations
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Driver’s license (Code 14)
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- 3 to 5 years of driving experience
- RSA citizenship
- Heavy vehicle and trailer driving experience
- Residency in Polokwane area
Preferred Skills and Qualities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Basic understanding of business principles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and a regional language
- Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act
- Familiarity with accident procedures
