Key Purpose

<pDeliver products as per the company's standards and contractual agreements while upholding business ethics and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiently manage truck driving operations.
• Pass the K53 driving test to ensure operational competence.
• Understand and maintain vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a clear safety record and protect crew members.

Key Attributes and Competencies

• Balance short-term and long-term financial responsibilities effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and service providers.
• Demonstrate strong time management and self-management skills.
• Understand efficient operating techniques and competitive business environments.

Skills, Experience, and Education

• Matric qualification.
• Valid Code 14 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• 3-5 years of driving experience, preferably with heavy vehicles and trailers.
• South African citizenship.
• Residency in the sourcing area.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and basic business knowledge.
• Proficiency in English and a regional language.
• Familiarity with the Road Traffic Act and accident procedures.
