Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum), Master’s Degree Preferred
• Experience: 8-10 years in technical/regulated environments
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Department: Administration/Executive Management

Key Requirements

• Honours Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 8) required; MBA/MBL preferred
• 5-7 years executive-level experience in governance/compliance
• Expertise in Water Services Act, PFMA, ISO standards
• Knowledge of global best practices in utilities management

Core Responsibilities

• Align business initiatives with organizational strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at group/subsidiary levels
• Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate executive/board committee resolutions and reporting
• Oversee strategic program implementation and monitoring
• Lead cross-functional projects for CEO’s office
• Develop executive-level reports and policy recommendations
