Position Details

- đź’Ľ Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT/Systems
- đźš— License: Code B driver’s license required (transport access acceptable for PWD applicants)
Core Purpose
Perform business analysis for E-government and ICT initiatives related to provincial road systems infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree
- Proven experience in:
- Translating business needs to technical requirements
- Cloud platform management (MS Azure preferred)
- UI/UX design tools
- Large-scale engineering project exposure
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for ICT projects
- Develop provincial IT master plans and system documentation
- Conduct post-implementation system evaluations
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
- Present technical reports to diverse stakeholders
- Manage service escalation protocols
