About the Role

The Business Analyst Intern will support the business analysis team by preparing reports, analysing data, and helping with various analysis tasks. This role offers hands‑on experience in data management, reporting, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable administrative support to the team.
• Use IT skills to assist with system and software tasks.
• Help manage contracts and keep accurate records.
• Support reporting processes and meet strict deadlines.
• Assist in creating reports and insights that support sales performance.
• Help manage budgets, allocations, and monitoring.
• Contribute to risk reporting and compliance tracking.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for management.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather and analyse data.
• Follow all applicable legislation and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards for safety, quality, environment, and energy.

What We’re Looking For

• Level NQF 6 in Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Fully computer literate – proficient in all MS Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Strong planning, organising, and administrative abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Independent, proactive, and able to exercise good judgement.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to office protocols.
• Valid driver’s licence with driving experience.
