• Experience: 1 year as a Bus/Truck Driver

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Code C, EC, or EC1 (04) driver’s license with PrDP
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 year of experience as a Bus/Truck Driver

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive Council buses on approved routes
• Inspect the bus before and after each shift and report any defects
• Ensure passengers pay the correct fares and that the ticketing system is functioning
• Complete trip journals and submit them at the end of each shift
• Communicate with passengers about bus times, fares, and ticket validity
• Report any route problems or accidents and complete necessary forms
• Maintain order in the bus and treat passengers and the public courteously
